Andy Collyer
From barrow boy to highly successful business owner, Andy’s career has been spectacular.
He started his first business at 17 selling fruit and veges. Andy spent 15 years in the financial services industry, running a European network employing over 200 staff. After negotiating a £104 million MBI, Andy took a senior Management role with Close Brothers Merchant Bank in their finance division. He went on to establish a business advisory company specialising in SME’s and NFP’s before arriving in New Zealand with his family in 2005.
Andy is an Associate Fellow of the New Zealand Institute of Management and a member of the Institute of Directors.

Sara Leadbetter
Sara has over 20 years experience managing small and medium sized businesses across a broad range of industries on both sides of the world. From British Steel to Boots the Chemist to the New Zealand Racing Board, Sara's broad knowledge base gives her a unique perspective on identifying customer’s needs, developing teams and improving profitability.
Her speciality is the psychology of selling and so she now focuses on helping businesses improve their sales and marketing, in particular, their internet marketing strategy. She is an expert at improving websites to generate more business and runs tailored training sessions on marketing and training your team to sell more effectively.
She moved to New Zealand from the UK as a lifestyle choice seven years ago and since then has worked with numerous businesses in the tourism and retail sectors, while running several small businesses of her own. She is also a mentor with Business Mentors of New Zealand and a Training Provider for industry, the CDC and local District Councils.

Jim Bishop
A highly qualified and experienced accountant, Jim brings considerable financial expertise to the practice. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and Institute of Directors New Zealand, Jim has vast experience, having worked with small to medium businesses as well as subsidiaries of such large corporations as Carter Holt Harvey and Downer EDI.
While working in senior management roles Jim was invited to join the prestigious Boston Consulting Group as the finance representative during a company-wide review.Jim has negotiated and completed multi-million dollar acquisitions and played key roles in team building, restructuring and improving businesses.

Anna Cochrane
Anna was brought up on a farm half an hour out of Waimate, then moved to Timaru and attended Aoraki Polytech. Over the last ten years she has worked for organisations such as GreenFields and SCION as well as with a transport firm and large cropping farmer, before moving to Christchurch.
Anna is a mentor with the Pillars Organisation and has been a Youth Leader at her church. She enjoys playing indoor netball, touch rugby, going to the gym and cycling along with most other sports. Anna has completed the Central South Island Charity Bike Ride for the past 3 years, cycling around the lakes district over three days raising money for South Canterbury Charities.
